• Dart Deco Shipping Policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include a tracking number. To check the status of your order, simply click on the tracking number link in the email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to populate and become available.
If there are potential delays due to postal service problems outside our control, our dispatch team will communicate these delays to you and discuss other options.
If other delays have been experienced (for example: supplier blockages, sickness, natural disasters...) we will notify as soon as possible with an update on your order and its expected date for delivery.
In any case, we will ALWAYS notify our clients of potential/current delays impacting the shipment of goods.

• Shipping Rates based on Weight
All our shipping rates are based on WEIGHT. Why?
For a small business (NOT using Amazon fulfilment services) this is the most precise and cost efficient way to continue business while maintaining reasonable revenue that can (a) pay product suppliers (b) pay energy, web-hosting, and advertising services, and (c) generate a minimum salary.
As the business expands we expect to integrate Amazon service in late 2025, but for the current launch period (late 2024-early 2025) such a move is not feasible.

• EUROPEAN Taxes
Purchases made from within the European Union include all taxes (i.e., Dart Deco collects the taxes and redistributes them to the tax collection authorities of the country where the originating purchase was made).

• NON-EUROPEAN Taxes
Taxes outside the European Union are NOT included in your purchase. This may incur additional charges or tariffs upon the delivery of goods.
Tariffs on imported goods are evolving on a near-annual basis (especially within the USA). Please be aware of this when placing your order. A web-search within your own country (example: "Tariffs on imported goods from France") will help provide clear and up-to-date answers.

From France we propose 2 services (with Tracking):
1) 'Mondial Relay' to 5 European countries / delivered to pickup-points
2) The French postal service 'Collissimo' to all European countries / postal addresses and PO boxes

• Estimated Shipping Times - OUTSIDE EUROPE
From France, all goods are shipped via the French postal service 'Colissimo' (with Tracking) to postal addresses and PO boxes. Once in their destination country, goods will be shipped via local courier services affiliated with La Poste (USA=USPS, UK=Royal Mail, NETHERLANDS=PostNL, etc...).

• Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please provide an accurate shipping address when placing an order. If the delivery of your parcel is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount after deducting a $30 administration fee and any relevant shipping costs. Please note that such a refund will be processed only after our courier services have returned the order to our French address.
If you haven't received your order within five days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, rest assured that we are here for you. Please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it promptly.
